1. Order Processing Time

All orders are verified, inspected, and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Saturday, excluding gazetted holidays). Orders placed on Sundays or national holidays are packed and dispatched on the subsequent business day.

You will receive automated tracking confirmations via email and SMS as soon as your shipment is handed over to our courier partner.

2. Delivery Timeframes Across India

We partner with leading surface and express logistics carriers including Bluedart, Delhivery, XpressBees, Ekart, and Shadowfax:

• Metro Cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad): 2 to 4 business days.
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities / State Capitals: 3 to 6 business days.
• Rest of India / Regional Areas: 5 to 7 business days.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and occasional delays may occur during peak festival seasons or severe weather disruptions.

3. Shipping Fees & Charges

• Prepaid Orders (UPI, Cards, NetBanking): Free Shipping on all orders nationwide.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Free shipping or minimal handling fee as transparently displayed at checkout.

4. Real-Time Shipment Tracking

Once your order leaves our warehouse, a direct tracking link will be sent to your registered email address and mobile number. You can monitor every step of transit in real time. If you experience any delay or tracking issues, please contact our help desk at contact-us@towlix.store.

5. Address Accuracy & Delivery Attempts

Please confirm that your complete shipping address, postal pincode, nearby landmark, and phone number are accurate during checkout. Our delivery courier will make up to 3 delivery attempts before returning the package to our hub.

6. Damaged or Tampered Shipments

If your outer parcel looks visibly damaged or tampered with upon delivery, please decline acceptance or take immediate photographs/video before accepting. Report the matter to us within 48 hours at contact-us@towlix.store so we can send an immediate free replacement.
